Worship services suspended
Consistent with the direction from the US Center for Disease Control and the Governor of Pennsylvania’s recent statement on the COVID-19 virus threat, the decision has been made by leadership of the Carlisle First Church of the Brethren to suspend worship services, starting Sunday March 15th, 2020. Jesus shares a parable in chapter 15 of Luke that identifies three different items that were lost. But interestingly, the happy result for all three represent God’s intervention and grace.
